RETURN POLICY

If your CBD arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us immediately! We will replace your purchase right away and issue a return label for you to send us back your original order so we can process a claim with the shipping carrier. We are all about you getting your animal the CBD they need and fast! The sooner you contact us, the sooner we are able to send a replacement and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, once your CBD is opened and/or used, we are unable to accept returns for safety and health reasons. Products can become contaminated and would no longer meet our high excellence standards.
